Getting an MRI is not pleasant, but the staff at this imaging center was wonderful. Quinten checked me in and gave me my paperwork; he was super friendly and on the ball. When I was called back for my appointment, the gentleman who did my MRI was very empathetic about my fear of closed spaces. He accommodated me when I needed "a moment" to get over my fears and played background music as I requested. Though not a fun experience, it was the best it could be under the circumstances. I had to contact the billing department after my claim had settled, and Brian was super helpful and did a great job of following up with me. I would highly recommend Medical Imaging Center of So Cal to anyone that needs medical imaging.

Dr Iyengar is so compassionate and exceptional in her total care for patients. The technician went above and beyond to make me comfortable and office staff reflect these attributes as well. I’m so grateful to be in this practice.

The. Entire process of scheduling the MRI to having it completed was so easy. The tech was amazing and soooo patient with my 8 year old son. What should’ve taken 12 minutes took an hour because he was so nervous and Maria (I think that was her name) was extremely patient and understanding. She didn’t make me or him feel bad for the delay in any way. Hoping we never need another MRI but if we do we are headed back there for sure!
